We currently operate on a self-pay basis to ensure we can provide the highest quality of concierge care without clinical restrictions. We are happy to provide detailed invoices for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
How should I prepare for my draw?
We recommend drinking plenty of water within the 24 hours leading up to your appointment. If your physician has requested a fasting test, please abstain from food and beverages other than water for 8 to 12 hours prior to the draw.
What is your service area?
Gentle Draw provides mobile services across the entire Phoenix metropolitan area, including Scottsale, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert. For locations beyond this radius, please contact us for custom scheduling options.
Is a physical order form required?
Yes, we require a valid laboratory requisition or order from your healthcare provider. You can upload this during the booking process or have it ready for our phlebotomist at the time of your visit.
